The Tourism Trust Fund (TTF) was established as a joint initiative of the European Union (EU) and the Government of Kenya (GoK) following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in November 2001.The Kenya Gazette Supplement of 9 March 2001 established the Tourism Trust Fund, and on 21 December 2001 Financing Agreement No 6370KE, providing funds for the programmes, was signed.An agreed Logical Framework Matrix sets out the specific objectives and purpose of the programme, the activities to be undertaken under the programme and the targeted programme results.
